Senior Marketing Associate

[ SKILL REQUIRED. ]
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, business operations, or consulting with a monetization focus
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with how to build a business case, and, ideally, have built business cases as part of a team
  • Exceptional organization and planning capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and efficient with the ability to rise to the occasion under tight timelines and pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Customer Success Manager

[ SKILL REQUIRED. ]
  • 3+ years of B2B customer success, account management, consulting and/or sales experience
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise level accounts
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with decision makers and ability to close deals
  • Experience developing strategies to increase adoption of technology solutions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment, but also an interest in helping build sustainable processes

Technical Trainer

[ SKILL REQUIRED. ]
  • Deliver classroom and on-line training to students and customers.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
  • Mentor internal and external authorized instructors as part of a train the trainer program.
  • 5+ years of experience in programming, systems architecture or systems administration.
  • Technical degree (i.e. Computer Science) or relevant work experience required.
  • Recent coding experience in one or more of the following languages, Java, .Net, Perl, PHP, Ruby or Python.
